Hamad Bin Khalifah University Visit to KAPSARC School of Public Policy  

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – October 14, 2024  
KAPSARC School of Public Policy (KSPP) recently hosted a two-day visit from the Center for Public Policy at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), underscoring the importance of collaboration in advancing public policy education and research.  

The visit served as a platform for both institutions to exchange perspectives on tackling critical policy challenges, refining educational strategies, and fostering innovative approaches to policy curriculum and research. The students and faculty met with our Associate Dean of Academic Affairs to discuss the MPP program. Following this, they attended keynote sessions and master class as part of our Sustainability: Climate and Energy Nexus program. Through open discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions, students explored opportunities to address regional and global issues while emphasizing the importance of forward-thinking, impactful policymaking.  

This engagement highlighted KSPP’s dedication to building strong connections with leading academic institutions and advancing its mission to prepare future policy leaders with a global outlook and a commitment to innovation.
